What is the status of my order?

Website Scams

I've seen other websites selling your products. Are they trustworthy?

No. Our only official website is parkeofficial.com. Any other site claiming to sell our products is not affiliated with us and is likely fraudulent.

How can I tell if a website is fake?

Here are a few quick ways to spot a scam site:

  • Double check the spelling: parkeofficial (no extra letters or dashes)
  • Make sure the site ends in ".com"
  • Look for signs of poor designs, odd URLs, or suspicious pricing

What should I do if I accidentally order from a fake site?

We're so sorry β€” we know how frustrating this can be. Unfortunately, the order was not placed through our official site and the website you used is not affiliated with us. Here's what to do:

  • Contact your bank or credit card provider immediately to dispute the charge
  • Report the site to us so we can flag it to our legal team

What is a preorder?

We do our best to plan for demand, but sometimes we underestimate our customers’ love for our products! If an item is especially popular, we offer it for preorder to give more customers the chance to get their hands on it! Preordering allows you to place an order for a piece that will be made specifically for you, based on your order.Β 

By choosing preorder, you are supporting mindful production, helping us reduce waste, and ensuring you get your hands on our most in-demand pieces.Β 

When will my preorder ship?

Typically, our preorder turnaround varies based on the collection and timeline. Please refer to the product description on the item’s page for the expected timeframe. We know that the wait can be hard, but we appreciate your patience and excitement!

If you order an in stock item along with a pre order item, your entire order will ship together once the pre order item is ready. We are unable to ship items separately.

Are preorder items final sale?

All preorders are final sale. When you place an order on preorder, the item is cut and sewn specifically for you, based on your order. For this reason, it is non-refundable and non-cancellable.

If I order other items along with my preorder, when will they ship?

If you order multiple items in a preorder, they will ship together once the preorder item is ready to ship. The ready to ship item will not ship ahead of the preorder item. We suggest placing multiple orders if you'd like to receive the ready to ship item sooner.

Please note that customers are responsible for any and all customs fees that are incurred when your order arrives in your country.

If you are not happy with your order, we are glad to assist with an exchange, however, we are not able to cover the cost of international shipping for your return or your exchange.

Returns and Exchanges

What is PARKE’s return policy?

We currently do not offer returns for refunds. If you are not happy with your purchase, we can assist you with an exchange or offer store credit for a future purchase. Store credit is valid from one year of issue date.Β 

All items must be returned new, unused and with all original packaging within 14 days of order receipt. Items must be free from signs of damage, wear, or odors. Please take care when packing up your return to be sent back to us; if a return is sent back with any signs of wear or excessive wrinkles, a $15.00 restocking fee will be charged.

Please note that we have a strict final sale policy on certain items.

Which items are considered final sale?

Cozies Are Always Final Sale.

We want you to love what you order, so we like to be clear up front: cozies - including sweatshirts, sweats, and fleeces - are always final sale. This is noted on each product page and means they cannot be returned for a refund or store credit and cannot be exchanged.

While we do not offer refunds, we're happy to help with an exchange for a new item, or store credit (valid for one year from the issue date) on eligible items.

How can I submit a return for exchange or store credit?

If you would like to proceed with an exchange or store credit, simply visit our returns portal to set up your return and receive your prepaid shipping label. Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed once it has been delivered to us.Β 

For returns, a shipping fee will be charged for the replacement item on exchanges. If you are returning an item for store credit, you will be issued a credit in the amount of your original order, minus shipping. Please note that we are not able to cover the cost of return shipping on international exchanges.

Is there a limit on the number of returns I can make?

We work to provide a fair returns policy to ensure an exceptional shopping experience. However, if we observe a consistently high return rate on your account or suspect purchases are being made for resale, we reserve the right to deactivate your account. If you believe your access or order has been mistakenly restricted, please contact our Customer Service team, and we will assist in resolving the issue

Missing or Stolen Packages

What is Onward Package Protection?

We automatically add Onward to your order to protect your package! With Onward, you’ll be protected against lost, stolen or damaged packages. Best of all, Onward will also offset the carbon emitted during the delivery of your order to make it carbon neutral! If you add Onward to your order, you’ll be able to file a claim with just a few clicks and have the option of receiving a refund, store credit, or a reorder based on the type of claim.

What should I do if my package never arrived, and I have Onward Package Protection?

You can report an issue with Onward through the email you received from Onward after placing your order, or by going to this link (https://app.useonward.com/make-a-claim). Their team is ready to assist you with any questions you may have!

What if I removed Onward Package Protection from my order?

If you opted out of Onward Package Protection, Parke is not responsible for your package once it has left our warehouse. This means, the customer is responsible for their item should it be misplaced by the carrier, stuck in transit, lost, or stolen upon delivery.

Care Instructions

How should I care for my Parke pieces?

All of our production undergoes a small-batch dye process, which inherently results in slight color variations. While we adhere to strict color standards and take every measure to ensure consistency, achieving an exact match is not always possible- which makes each piece unique! Additionally, as with most dyed garments, some fading will occur over time with wear and washing. To preserve the quality of your garment dyed items:

  • Wash separately from other clothing, particularly during first few washes
  • Use cold water and mild detergent
  • Turn items inside out before washing
  • Keep away from light-colored clothing to prevent color transfer
  • Air dry to maintain color integrity
  • Avoid bleach and spot treatments

Are there any Parke pieces that should be dry cleaned?

We highly recommend dry cleaning all fleeces and knitwear due to their delicate nature and to maintain their quality and longevity.

Damages

What constitutes damages?

Our products are made with premium fabrics, skilled craftsmanship, and a focus on durability, designed to last from season to season. Damages are generally defined as manufacturing defects, major stitching issues, noticeable fabric flaws, or any significant imperfections that impact the product's functionality or appearance when received. However, normal wear and tear or changes due to regular use over time are not considered damages.

How long do I have to file a claim for a damaged item?

You can submit a claim for a damaged item within 5 days of delivery. Please inspect your item(s) upon receipt and reach out to us right away if you notice any issues. This ensures we can address the concern quickly and provide the necessary assistance.

What if I have already washed the item?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept merchandise that has already been washed, as washing may change the item in ways that no longer represent its original condition. We recommend inspecting all items before washing to ensure they meet your expectations.

How can I find out if/when an item is being restocked?

For access to the most up to date information regarding restocks, we recommend signing up for our email list, as well as following along on all social media platforms.

What if the size I want is out of stock?

If your preferred size is out of stock, we recommend signing up for restock notifications on the product page. Once restocked, you will receive an email.Β
