I'm not sure what size to order, can you help?
We provide sizing recommendations in the description for each item, as sizing differs from one piece to the next!
Parke's Baggy Straight Jean fits true to size. If you want a fitted look, order your true size. If you want a low waist, baggy look, size up!
Parke's Crossover Jean runs slightly large. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down.

My discount code is not working, what do I do?

PREORDERS!
All items ordered on preorder are cut and sewn to order. Because of this, preorder items are final sale. Once your preorder is placed, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order.
Preorder items are not eligible for returns or exchanges – they were made just for you, so we are not able to accept returns on them!
What is your return policy?
All warehouse sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges of any kind.
We currently do not offer returns for refunds. If you are not happy with your purchase, we can assist you with an exchange or offer store credit for a future purchase. A shipping fee will be charged for the replacement item on exchanges. If you are returning an item for store credit, you will be issued a credit in the amount of your original order, minus shipping.
Please note that we are not able to cover the cost of shipping on international exchanges.
If you would like to proceed with an exchange or store credit, simply email us at support@parkeofficial.com and we will send you a prepaid shipping label to return your items.
All items must be returned new, unused and with all original packaging within 14 days of order receipt. If a return is sent back without the original packaging, a $10.00 restocking fee will be charged.
If any items are returned with makeup or visible stains, a $20.00 restocking fee will be charged.
All preorders are final sale.

International Orders
We ship internationally, however, please note that customers are responsible for any and all customs fees that are incurred when your order arrives to your country.
If you are not happy with your order, we are glad to assist with an exchange, however, we are not able to cover the cost of international shipping for your return or your exchange.
If you would like to proceed with an exchange or store credit, simply email us at support@parkeofficial.com and we will provide you with the details to send your return back to us.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Orders
We have partnered with Route to protect our customer's packages! We highly recommend adding Route to your order. Parke reserves the right to refuse refunds or replacements for orders placed without Route.
By selecting Green Package Protection at checkout, your order will be protected from loss, damage, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never arrives or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a shipping issue with Route and receive a replacement or be refunded. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Green Package Protection at checkout.
If you added Route to your package and it is damaged, lost, or missing, you can report an issue with Route to receive a replacement or be refunded. This can be done through their mobile app, the email you receive from Route after placing your order, or by going to claims.route.com.
If you did not protect your package with Route, please email us at support@parkeofficial.com, and we will do our best to assist.

- Order issues for packages presumed to be lost by the carrier (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed no sooner than 7 days after the last tracking update for United States domestic shipments (20 days for international shipments, including Canada) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
- Order issues for packages marked "delivered" yet not received are considered stolen, and must be filed 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 30 days to ensure it was not mis-delivered or easily found around the premises.
- Order Issues for damaged orders must be filed within 30 days of the delivery date, and must include an image of the damaged order.
