When you place a preorder, you are ordering a piece that will be made specifically for you, based on your order. This process helps us reduce waste, avoid overproduction, and create a more mindful shopping experience, while ensuring that you get your hands on our most in-demand pieces.

Our typical preorder production and shipping timeframe is 6-8 weeks, but this may vary depending on demand and production schedules. The estimated shipping window for each preorder item will be listed on its product page. While we do our best to meet estimated timelines, unexpected delays may occur. We know that the wait can be hard, but we appreciate your patience and excitement!

Full Payment Required: All preorders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Your payment secures your item(s) and allows us to begin production.

No Cancellations or Modifications: Because preorder items are made specifically for you, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or exchanged once placed.

When you place a preorder, the item is cut and sewn specifically for you, based on your order. For this reason, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or exchanged.

If you order multiple items in a preorder, they will ship together once all preorder items are ready. If your order includes a preorder item and a ready-to-ship item, the entire order will be held until the preorder item is ready to ship. If you would like to receive ready-to-ship items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.

The production of other items or collections does not impact the timeline of your preorder.
