Measure Your Size

To measure your waist, find the natural crease between your rib cage and hips.

This is often your smallest point, typically around or just above the belly button, and is referred to as your “true waist.”

Wrap the measuring tape around this area until it meets at the starting point.

Make sure the tape lies flat, is level all the way around, and isn’t pulled too tightly.

The number shown on the tape is your waist measurement.
To measure your hips, locate the fullest part of your lower body, usually around the seat and across the widest part of your hips.

Place the measuring tape around this area, making sure it stays level and straight all the way around. Keep the tape snug but not tight.

The number where the tape meets is your hip measurement.
To measure rise, start at the front center of your waistline, right above the zipper area.

Run the measuring tape down through your legs and up to the center of your back waistband.

Keep the tape close to your body but not tight.

The total length is your rise measurement.
To measure your inseam, place the tape at the highest point of your inner thigh, right at the crotch.

Run the tape straight down the inside of your leg to the ankle or the point where you’d like your pants to end.

The number shown is your inseam measurement.

Wash And Care

You don’t need to wash denim and jeans all the time. A few times per season should be more than enough. This makes denim last longer and helps the environment.

In between washes, you can spot clean surface dirt with a damp cloth.

To wash denim, a gentle machine warm wash or lower is ideal.

There are also special detergents available.
Wash denim inside out to stop the color fading.

Hang out to dry, as heat from a tumble dryer could cause shrinkage.

The weight of the denim will help to pull out any creases.

Avoid using an iron as heat can weaken the fibers.
