Cozies Are Always Final Sale

We want you to love what you order, so we like to be clear up front: cozies - including sweatshirts, sweats, and fleeces - are always final sale.Β This is noted on each product page and means they cannot be returned for a refund or store credit and cannot be exchanged.

Return & Exchange PolicyΒ 

While weΒ do not offer refunds, we're happy to help with an exchange for a new item, or store credit (valid for one year from the issue date) on eligible items. Please reach out to our team with any questions through our Customer Support Portal.

Final Sale Items (not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit):

Please refer to the individual product page for any final sale notice before purchasing.Β 

For Eligible items:Β 

  • Exchanges / Returns for store credit must be made within 14 days of delivery.Β 
  • Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.Β 
  • Items with signs of wear, damage, odors, or excessive wrinkling may incur a $15 restocking fee.
  • ForΒ exchanges, a shipping fee will apply for the replacement item.Β 
  • ForΒ store credit, you'll receive the item amountΒ minus original shipping.Β 
  • ForΒ international orders, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.Β 

To get started, please visit ourΒ returns portal, to set up your return and receive a prepaid label. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing.

If you are not happy with your order, we are glad to assist with an exchange, however, we are not able to cover the cost of international shipping for your return or your exchange.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to APO addresses at this time

Shipping to PO Boxes have a high chance of delayed shipping times and return to sender. We suggest shipping to a physical address!
