WARRANTY COVERAGE:

Logan Tay provides a 30-day warranty on all our jewelry items from the date of delivery. this warranty covers the following:

1. damage: we will replace any jewelry item that arrives in a damaged condition, subject to verification by our team. if the damage occurs during shipping in transit and you have purchased route insurance for your order, you will need to open a claim with route to seek assistance in resolving the issue.

WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. notification: to claim the warranty, you must notify us within 30 days of the delivery date. please contact our customer support team at logan@logantay.com with your order details and a description of the issue.

2. return of the item: in certain cases, we may require you to return the damaged item to us. our customer support team will guide you through the return process.

3. exclusions: the warranty does not cover damages caused by improper handling, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear.

4. replacement: in case the exact jewelry piece is unavailable, we will offer you an alternative item of equal value or store credit.

5. shipping: if a replacement is required, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the new item to you.
